Joachim is Chief of Staff at America's Frontier Fund.

Previously, Joachim was the first business hire at an early-stage startup building AI-powered tools to navigate the future of work, where he stood up the Growth function and led all sales, marketing, and partnerships efforts. Through his work at the intersection of AI and workforce development, he also became a Technology Fellow at the National Association of Workforce Board, launching an initiative to help modernize America’s public workforce system on the heels of the pandemic.

Prior to his time in the technology sector, Joachim was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he supported strategy engagements for F100 companies, foundations, and higher education institutions. He graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.A. in Economics and in Chinese.
